Is there a way to see how my Offers are performing?
- Log in to your Belong Portal
- Go to "Offers"
- Ensure you are on the Active Now tab
- Find Offer
- Click checkmark next to the relevant Voucher
- Enter the Sale amount
- Voucher will show as Redeemed in your Service Provider Report
What do I do if the Voucher has already been redeemed?
- You are not obligated to accept a Voucher that has already been marked Redeemed
- You can see the date/time that the voucher was redeemed, and discuss that with the Member
- If you want to honour an expired Voucher, please contact Belong Support (support@belong.nz)
Can I use my POS scanner to scan the Belong Voucher QR Code?
- Not yet, but we’re working on integrations with leading Point of Sale vendors. Let your Belong Sales Rep know which POS system you are using.
Why do I need to enter a sale amount when redeeming the Voucher?
- Adding the Sale Amount lets you see how your offers are performing in terms of bringing in new business and generating upsales.
There’s some inaccurate information on the Member's Voucher. Who can fix that?
- Contact your Belong Account rep, who can update the inaccurate information for you
Is there a way to see how my Offers are performing?
- You will get regular Belong performance reports e-mailed to you
