We've changed for the better
Belong is getting a makeover!
We’ve learned a lot about what customers and their people like about Belong. We’ve also learned a lot about what they wished was better.
As we looked at where we take the Belong product next, we’ve tried to take as much of that feedback on board as we could. There were a few key areas we knew we had to improve:
- Searching for offers has to be much faster and more intuitive
- Onboarding new employees to Belong has to be simpler
- The customer should be able to present other information to their people beside offers information
- We needed to improve information for customers about how their people are using Belong
We realized that we had to make quite major changes to our existing platform to deliver this vision. We’ve made the investment, and we have now completed the platform upgrade. Some things about Belong have changed as a result.
- We have discontinued the Belong mobile apps on Android and Apple iOS
- Our new Belong platform is web-only. We have used ‘responsive design’ techniques, which means that Belong will work very well on mobile devices
- We have improved usage information
- We are more able to inform employers about how their people are using Belong
- We have simplified offer creation
- Our new approach makes the process of offer creation and updating much more straightforward
- We have a richer user experience
- Searching for offers is much faster and more intuitive
- Employers can make other documents available to their people via Belong
- We have a new user administration model
- This will simplify adding and deactivating employees from Belong
- Your team will need to re-activate their Belong accounts
