What you get

Signing your company up for Belong Group Benefit means that you get all of the features of Belong Access, plus the ability to manage your company's group insurance schemes, all in one easy to manage place.

You can offer your team flexible benefits schemes, handle employee contributions and voluntary top-ups, and offers your employees self-service options so they can blend and mix plans to suit their needs.

Belong Access means that all of your staff become Belong Members, and get access to the Belong employee benefits platform, via web or smartphone.

You also get the ability to create your own Belong Offers.   They can be just for your team, or, publish your Offers to the Belong Community and create a new sales channel for your company.

This means your staff gets a dynamic stream of benefit offers:
  • From Belong Merchants
  • Your own company benefit offers
  • From other Belong Customers

You have control - you can add and remove staff from Belong, and control which offers your team sees.

If you use a payroll system that has been integrated with Belong, admin is a total breeze, as your staffing updates will automatically flow through to Belong.

What does it cost?(*)

If you place your company group insurance scheme with Belong, Belong Group Benefit is absolutely FREE.    Even if you don't place your group insurance with Belong, but you want to administer your group insurance information, Belong Group Benefit  costs only $2.00 per employee per month.   It's amazing value!  Note: Companies generally must have more than 10 employees to access Group Insurance schemes.
